Processing Time

All items are prepared and packed with care.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless noted otherwise in the product listing. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.

Shipping

• U.S. Orders: Shipped via UPS or FedEx.

• International Orders: I am not currently shipping internationally. If you are outside the U.S., you may reach out with inquiries.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase. If something is wrong, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns: Accepted on non-custom items when returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Exchanges: Possible depending on inventory—please email to confirm.

• Custom or personalized orders: Final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging so I can assist with a replacement or refund.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local UPS/FedEx facility. Replacements or refunds for missing deliveries are handled case-by-case.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped.

Edition Variations

All letterpress pieces are printed by hand. Slight variations in ink coverage, color, or impression are normal in the handmade process and not considered defects.
